Liam qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in the 1980’s. Since then, Liam has spent a number of years in the West End and the City of London working for national surveying companies gaining invaluable experience, dealing with matters as diverse as Retail Warehouse developments and Investments in Northumberland to High Street retail units in South Wales and B1 Industrial units in Essex. Liam continues to work locally in Newdigate and the surrounding Surrey area. Splitting his time between Newdigate and Devon where he enjoys to sail.

Under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996, every ‘adjoining owner’ is subject to the provisions of the Act when one person carries out work on their home.
