Your local Surveyor in Kingston:

Miles will provide you with no obligation initial advice to ensure the valuation and survey inspection is suitable for your needs and the type of property you are buying. Remember that a lender’s mortgage valuation doesn’t provide you with any information about the condition of the building. Miles will provide you with a building survey that ensures you are fully aware of the property’s faults, highlighting potentially expensive issues such as structural faults or rot. His advice can save you thousands of pounds, giving you the assurance that you have sufficient funds to complete any work.
