We lead your local practice of Chartered Surveyors covering the London Borough of Croydon. We are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and fully qualified Building Surveyors and Property Valuers. We have a wealth of knowledge of property in Croydon and the surrounding area, carrying out all types of residential and commercial property surveys and valuations.

We have extensive local experience of pre-purchase surveys and will provide you with initial, no obligation advice to ensure you get the right property or building survey for you. A survey will reveal any potentially expensive property issues which can be found in both new and older buildings. And remember that if you’re buying an older property which may be Listed, or have been extended or renovated, a survey by a Chartered Surveyor is essential especially as your property conveyancer will not visit the property.

Your local Surveyor in Croydon:

We can even carry out a 'Viewing Inspection' on your behalf, if visiting the property is impractical for you, providing you with a comprehensive bank of photos and short report to ensure you make the right choice.

The name Croydon is believed to come from the Anglo-Saxon words 'croh', meaning 'crocus', and 'denu', meaning 'valley' indicating that it was once a cultivation centre of saffron. It appears in the Domesday Book as 'Croindene' with assets holding a total value of £37 and 10 shillings, which is approximately £32,000 today.
