RICS Survey Overview.
The RICS Residential Market Survey for November 2015 (published 10th December 2015) says that the “Lack of stock [is] continuing to drive price growthâ€ and that â€œNew instructions continue to fallâ€.
East Anglia saw the largest price increases over the month again, whilst London saw the smallest.
The North had the highest positive level of new buyer enquiries in the month whereas East Anglia saw the largest negative level.
The highest level of new vendor instructions was once again in the North whereas the lowest was in the North West.
The North had the highest level of newly agreed sales, whereas Wales saw the lowest.

The Office for National Statistics (ONS) House Price Index (HPI), previously published by the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG), is a monthly release that publishes figures for mix-adjusted average house prices and house price indices for the UK, its component countries and regions. The index is calculated using mortgage financed transactions that are collected via the Regulated Mortgage Survey by the Council of Mortgage Lenders.
