54 per cent of households are reportedly too skint to stay warm at Humber and Trent Towers in worst-hit Nechells, Birmingham.\u00c2\u00a0Jobless labourer Michael Simpson, 45, lives there on \u00c2\u00a363 a week \u00e2\u20ac\u201d and a quarter of that goes on fuel.<\/p>\n
