Record Number of Complaints about Rentals<\/a><\/h3>\n

There was a time when a disgruntled tenant would write a stiff letter, pop it in the post and await a reply from the landlord.\u00a0 Those days have gone. Complaints against landlords have now reached a record high and in London they have risen by a staggering 173% over the last five years.<\/p>\n

Insurance Giant Aviva publishes ‘Building Future Homes Report’ with 1 in 9 new homes being constructed on Flood Risk Areas<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

Aviva’s findings show an 8% rise in homes built between 2022 and 2024 being constructed in areas currently at either medium or high risk of flooding.\u00a0 Greater London and Essex top their list of constituencies considered ‘at risk’.<\/p>\n
