buyer enquiries, and agreed sales. The subdued outlook looks set to continue in the year ahead. House prices are slowly declining, with a more noticeable decline in East Anglia and the South West compared to the national average. In contrast, Northern Ireland&#8217;s house prices are still increasing.<\/p>\n<p>An average 3% growth is anticipated in the rental market, with landlord instructions continuing to fall as they have done since early 2020.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\">Rightmove.co.uk is the UKs leading property website, displaying details of homes for sale or rent to the largest online audience. It is consistently ranked the number one property website in the UK (source: Experian Hitwise). It has around 90% of all properties for sale and at any time displays a stock of over one million properties to buy or rent, worth around \u00a3270 billion.
