A Leeds Housing Tenant, one Ms Jackie Silcox (reportedly single) has been warned by her council that living with 21 cats in her one-bedroom flat violates her tenancy agreement. Faced with eviction unless she re-houses 19 of her pack, she stands defiant:<\/p>\n
