The North was the only other area to see a decrease in prices.<br \/>\nEast Anglia saw the greatest increase in the level of new buyer enquiries this month, while the North saw the largest decrease.<br \/>\nThere were only a few small increases in new vendor instructions, London being the greatest. The largest was \u00e2\u20ac\u201c by far \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Northern Ireland.<br \/>\nThe South West had the highest positive level of newly agreed sales, whereas the West Midlands once again saw the lowest.<br \/>\nSource: Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors<br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Rightmove.co.uk is the UK\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s leading property website, displaying details of homes for sale or rent to the largest online audience.
