RICS Survey Overview.<\/strong>
\nThe RICS Residential Market Survey for May 2016 (published 9th June 2016) says that “Buyer demand falls for the second month running\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Price momentum eases in most parts (of the UK)\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.
\nNorthern Ireland saw the largest price increases over the month, followed by the East Midlands and the South East, whilst London saw a substantial decrease.
\nThe North West was the only region not to see a decrease in the level of new buyer enquiries in the month, and the West Midlands saw the largest negative level.
\nThe only increase in new vendor instructions was in Wales, whereas the lowest was in the West Midlands.
\nOnly Wales and the North West had positive levels of newly agreed sales, whereas London yet again saw the lowest.
