RICS Survey Overview.<\/strong>
\nThe RICS Residential Market Survey for October 2015 (published 12th November 2015) says that “Price momentum remains firm\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and that \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Demand continues to outpace supply\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.
\nYet again, East Anglia saw the largest price increases over the month, whilst the North saw the smallest.
\nThe North had the highest positive level of new buyer enquiries in the month whereas the East Midlands saw the largest negative level.
\nThe highest level of new vendor instructions was again in the North whereas the lowest was in the East Midlands.
\nWales had the highest level of newly agreed sales, whereas London saw the lowest.
