RICS Survey Overview.<\/strong>
\nThe RICS Residential Market Survey for March 2015 (published 16th April 2015) says that “Supply conditions continue to tighten”, and that the influencing factors include \u00e2\u20ac\u0153the recent change in stamp duty and uncertainty over the upcoming general election\u00e2\u20ac\u009d.
\nYet again, Northern Ireland saw the largest price increases over the month, followed by Scotland, whilst the North and London saw the only decreases.
\nNorthern Ireland also had the highest level of agreed sales, whereas the North West saw the largest falls.
\nNorthern Ireland had the highest positive levels of enquiries in the month whereas the North West saw the largest drop.
\nThe highest level of vendor instructions was also Northern Ireland, whereas the lowest was in London \u00e2\u20ac\u201c although the North West wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t far behind.
