This time, the judge awarded him \u00c2\u00a3120,000 including legal costs, after the MoD admitted that some damage had been done, although they valued it at only \u00c2\u00a33,000.<\/p>\n<p>If it can be shown after a survey that a third party has caused damage to property, buildings or your home, a compensation claim can be made &#8211; even against the Government.<\/p>\n<p>15<sup>th<\/sup> October 2010<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Somerset farmer has been compensated for damage to his house and buildings by low flying aircraft.
